I started my practice as a dentist at the age of 29. Since then I have come in contact with many patients over the years. From my experience of managing the doctor’s office as a Chairman of a medical corporation and managing the business as a CEO, I have reached the conclusion that in the future, there is a need to raise awareness in terms of adoption of corporate strategies, customer-first policies, organizational skills etc in medical and healthcare industries. Moreover, unless we work towards improveing the quality of services through free competition and by actively promoting, streamlining and information disclosure, there will be no future for the medical and healthcare industries in our country.
We, at DS Healthcare Group have concentrated on the field of dentistry, and we are now aiming at offering integrated dental, medical, and caregiving services as well as creating a secure and hospitable regional community.
Further, we want to globally expand new techniques and services like preventive healthcare and dental lab technology, thereby promoting the caregiving industries that will support the next generation and will not be a cost to the country. We also wish to contribute not only to society, but also to re-vitalize the Japanese economy.
